About the Program
LINC Redwood County is a nine-month leadership program that meets on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May. The cohort consists of 26 participants from across the county who live, work, worship, or have children attending school in Redwood County.
Each session combines professional leadership development with opportunities to learn about local industries, organizations, and community assets. Participants gain practical leadership tools, build relationships with other emerging and established leaders, and develop a broader perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing our region.
I am excited about the opportunity to represent our organization while developing skills and connections that will benefit both my professional growth and the work we do every day.
Program Investment
If selected, the total program cost is $600, which includes leadership training, assessments, networking opportunities, site visits, lunch, and all program materials. The program meets for nine sessions, making the investment approximately $67 per session.
