LINC 2.0 is alumni programing designed to build upon the knowledge acuqired through the LINC Redwood County program.
This multi-week, intensive leadership program lead by the University of Minnesota Extension will utlize three phases.

LINC 2.0 Topics & Schedule
Phase 1 – Learning & Personal DevelopmentExpand
Emotional Intelligence: Essential for Leading in 2021. The initial phase of the program will be six weeks in length. Weekly online sessions will be held to explore these leadership topics.
– What is Emotional Intelligence and why does it matter (virtual)
– One-on-one coaching
– Self-Perception: What you believe is what you see (virtual)
– Self-Expression: How to find your voice and encourage others (virtual)
– Decision Making: How emotions effect decision making (virtual)
– Stress Management: Why stress management begins with emotion management
– One-on-one coaching
Action
During this phase, participants will work through goals they identified within their Personal Leadership Development Plan. They will receive a monthly email that will include additional resources to support their work and will also be provided with the opportunity for individualized coaching.
Participants will receive EQ-i debriefing and leadership coaching during phase two.Phase 3 – Reflect and CelebrateExpand
Reflect and Celebrate
During this phase, participants will be brought back together through three online sessions culminating in an in-person session. Topics include:
– Reflections and Reconnecting – Exploring Outcomes of Phase 2 (online)
– Managing Change with Emotional Intelligence (online)
– Emotionally Intelligent Groups (online)
– Leadership Presentations/Topic to be determined by cohort (in-person)

Who Can Apply
Any graduate of the LINC Redwood County program as well as members of the LINC Redwood County Design Team and Board are eligible to apply.
Cost
The investment for LINC Redwood County 2.0 consists of two elements; your time and a tuition fee.
The time you will be asked to commit to the program is detailed out above in the Program Year Schedule. Please be sure to review it diligently and ensure that you will be able to participate accordingly.
Tuition for this program is only $250. That includes your EQ-i Assessment and top of the line leadership training from the University of Minnesota Extension educators. Apply Now
