LINC Redwood County was founded in June of 2016. Amanda Monroe and Claire Meyers brought together the Redwood County Blandin cohort of 2015 to begin work with the University of Minnesota Extension in planning for a bridging program for Redwood County. A design team was created and launched the program year in September of 2017.
